Renise is the Partner of Organizational Health. Prior to joining Transcend, she worked at Blue Engine leading their recruitment and admission team and at Teach For America in operations and logistical roles.
She has spent her career working at educational nonprofits because she believes working in education is one way to dismantle the inequities that exist in our society. Renise has a BA in Psychology and English from Fairfield University.
Renise currently lives in the Bronx, NY. Outside of work Renise loves to box, master her make-up artistry, and indulge in TV.
