Kat Gaubert joins Transcend as an Analyst. She is responsible for supporting schools by developing data-gathering tools for team and school partners, and analyzing and surfacing salient insights to inform project and organizational strategies.
Before joining Transcend, Kat served as a Senior Learning and Analytics Manager for City Year San Antonio, where she developed and coached young educators, with an emphasis on data-driven instruction. She designed data collection and analysis tools to inform educators, organizational staff, and fellow stakeholders, while also providing development training and instructional coaching sessions.
Kat began her education journey while studying at Texas A&M University, where she majored in Educational Psychology and Bilingual Education. After graduation, she had the honor of teaching social studies and mathematics at Little Wound High School, for the Oglala Lakota Nation.
Kat currently calls San Antonio, TX home and enjoys camping, hiking, painting, cooking, and spending time with her nieces.
