Holly Reardon
Holly is an Educational Leader whose career has spanned two decades and five countries. Throughout her journey, she has played numerous roles in education, from teaching and curriculum design to leadership positions in both public and private international education sectors. Holly is deeply committed to creating learning-centered communities that empower all learners and foster innovation.
Holly’s passion for education began early in her career and has only grown as she has partnered with schools and organizations to design transformative learning experiences. As a coach and transformational change leader, Holly excels at inspiring teams and individuals to recognize and harness their unique strengths, guiding them to overcome challenges and achieve their fullest potential.
When working with schools, Holly’s approach celebrates diversity in people and ideas, creating an environment where innovation thrives. Holly holds a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership from Bank Street College of Education and a Bachelor of Science in Business, Marketing, and Public Relations from Peace College. She has also completed postgraduate work and certification in Coaching and has been recognized as an Exchange Early Childhood Leader and a ‘Women to Watch’ Leader.
Holly lives on the NC coast, with her husband, two sons and her daughter. In her free time, she enjoys connecting with family and friends and exploring new places!
