Helen Hailemariam
Helen joins Transcend as a Partner leading the charge in partnerships development within the strategic partnerships and opportunities team. She is focused on forging meaningful connections with schools and districts who are eager to embark on design journeys alongside their communities.
Prior to joining Transcend, Helen held diverse roles at Teach for America and OneGoal. Most recently, she was an executive director overseeing all operations, partnerships, and development in Texas with Relay Graduate School of Education. Driven by a passion for significant advancements in education and responding to the changing landscape of technology, Helen champions the integration of Transcend’s Leaps for Learning into the fabric of schools.
Helen holds a bachelor’s degree in public relations and an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin. When she’s not engaging with partners nationwide, you’ll find Helen enjoying time with her husband, two children, and their pup, Nala, in Houston, TX.
