Catherin Casado
Catherin is thrilled to be joining Transcend as an Operations Associate. Catherin Casado began her career in education as an assistant teacher for a Head Start Program. She then transitioned into the public health sector for a few years where she worked at a HIV/AIDS non profit as a health advocate/educator and event/program manager for LGBTQIA+ youth. Throughout her career, extending educational experiences to others in marginalized communities has always been essential.
Catherin earned a Bachelor’s Degree of Arts in Sociology from LeMoyne College. In her spare time, she enjoys reading a good book, learning the new milestones her toddler is reaching, spending quality time with her family, hitting her fitness goals, and adapting to her new roles in life.
