Arisha Farquharson
Arisha is thrilled to join Transcend as the Operations Manager for the Sparks Team. She began her career leading operations for recruitment firms in NYC. More recently, she managed operations and logistics for one of Success Academy Charter School’s and compiled a wealth of different experiences there.
Arisha believes that all students should have access to extraordinary learning environments regardless of their socioeconomic backgrounds, and she takes pride in ensuring that this belief is carried out in her daily work. She graduated with her Bachelor’s in Organizational Psychology from Rider University.
In her free time, Arisha enjoys spending quality time with her family, visiting new cities, and trying diverse cuisines.
