Alejandra Arrué Lou
Alejandra is a Partner of Strategy, leading various projects that think critically about Transcend’s growth, scale, and strategic direction in service of our vision and mission.
After studying Anthropology and Human Rights, she began her career as a bilingual elementary teacher where she pursued her passion for education as a driver of social change. She then transitioned to working for Deloitte and IDEO where she helped organizations transform their business, mitigate climate change, and adapt towards a more equitable future through innovation, human-centered design, and coalition building.
Alejandra received her BA from Barnard College, Columbia University and an MBA from the Haas School of Business, University of California Berkeley. When Alejandra isn’t working, she enjoys thinking about art and design, having dinner parties with friends, and planning her next international trip with her husband.
