Are you doing great things to reimagine learning? Let’s introduce you to other communities to drive exponential change.
Join Our Model Sharing Community
Transcend supports a community of schools and other entities that have innovative learning models to share. Members connect, collaborate, and exchange ideas about common challenges and needs. We offer monthly communications and workshops to further explore important topics.
Nominate Your Model for the Innovative Models Exchange
The Innovative Models Exchange is a free platform where school communities can search for compelling programs that help them to improve and reshape the educational experience they offer.
If you have an innovative model, program, or solution to share, please consider nominating it to add to the Exchange.
Codify and Ready Your Model For Sharing
We partner with schools and other entities that have innovative practices that they aspire to share with others who can learn or borrow from their work. We support and facilitate a process which:
- Identifies which practices are the most important drivers of positive experiences and outcomes.
- Captures these practices—both the technical and the human components—in formats that others can access and understand.
- Develops a strategy for sharing in powerful and sustainable ways.
