Transcend’s Grad Aims Database Wins Global Innovation Award

HundrED 2020 Global Collection Released!

Transcend’s Graduate Aims Database was named one of the HundrEd’s top 100 Education Innovation in K12 education for a second year in a row!

Transcend’s Graduate Aims Database, a database collection of research summaries focused on various—specific learning outcomes like empathy, self regulation, and critical consciousness—has been selected by the global education nonprofit HundrED, in its third global innovation collection, HundrED 2020, highlighting 100 of the brightest innovations in K12 education from around the world. The Graduate Aims Database was one of the innovations selected from 38 countries to be recognized. 

This year, HundrED recognized innovations from 38 countries. Each of the selected innovations were evaluated on the selection criteria of impact and scalability, and were reviewed by teachers, students, leaders, innovators and other HundrED Community members. A total of 2008 reviews were made by the expert HundrED Academy Members which led to the Graduate Aims Database’s selection.

The Graduate Aims Database was chosen due to its unique pioneering status and ability to create a scalable impact. Cynthia Leck, Partner at Transcend said: “Based on the consistent interest in this resource, we are excited to continue publishing new entries as well as begin adding new content to existing entries such as school examples and more information on the influences of learning differences and other types of individual variability.”
