AASA + Transcend: Leaps for 21st Century Learning
AASA and Transcend team up to engage district and school leaders in a conversation about using the 10 Leaps to promote more engagement in school. This webinar features the story of Dr. Lynn Moody, superintendent of Rowan-Salisbury Public Schools and Ali Khatib, a student whose reflections will blow you away!
The Roads to Reinvention webinar series will explore concrete tools and resources you and your leadership team can use to help your schools equitably respond, recover, and reinvent during the greatest educational disruption we’ve ever seen. The bimonthly series will include conversations with experts from AASA and Transcend, as well as superintendents who are leading the way.
The series kicks off on October 22, 2-3:30 ET, with an invigorating session on the Leaps for 21st Century Learning and how to bring student voice into reinvention. Learn with Lynn Moody, Superintendent of Rowan Salisbury Schools, the only state- designated innovation district in North Carolina and the recent recipient of a $26 million Federal Teacher and School Leader Grant.
The series is aimed at superintendents, their leadership teams, and school board members.
Additional webinars will be held in December, February, April, and June.
