Ashley joins Transcend as the Operations Manager for the Whole Child Collaborative.

Prior to joining Transcend, Ashley was a Mentor and Operations Manager at Summer Search in Boston where she supported teens to participate in year-round mentoring, and provided logistical support to send 220 students on summer trips. Prior to that, she was an Early High School Advisor at Breakthrough Greater Boston, and served as an AmeriCorps Massachusetts Promise Fellow for two years coordinating teen programs for students of color focused on mentoring, college and career readiness, and leadership in the Boston area.

Ashley earned her Bachelor’s degree in Travel and Tourism Geography from Salem State University and her Master’s degree in Nonprofit Management from Northeastern University. She also completed the Institute for Nonprofit Practice’s Community Fellows program and earned a certificate in Community Leadership and Social Change. Additionally, Ashley serves on the board of two Boston-based nonprofit organizations, The Massachusetts Promise Fellowship and the Young Nonprofit Professionals Network of Boston.

When not working, Ashley enjoys traveling, going to the beach, and taking naps.
